I have bought swimsuits, Missed delivery by Hermes, so the goods was Returns to proSeimwear, and I have new order , I have email them what happening, they said when they have the goods back from Hermes , they will put my money back to PayPal ( as I use for payment) but after 3 weeks not happening till I call today Otherwise maybe never happens

Item delivered quickly but was not in an as new condition - poorly picked and a screwed up. Lack of exchange service is an issue and length of time for refunds unacceptable.

Didn't have the time or energy to send it back, so gave it away as a gift.
Please look closer at the actual item(s) that people order, & if out of stock, send an advisory email with the chance to select a different item

Delivery was excellent. Goods presented in squashed and untidy boxes. I had to order twice because despite taking accurate measurements competition swimsuits were not a good fit for daughter.
Returns seemed easy, Royal Mail website print label, take parcel to post office for dispatch.Then nothing I have tracked the parcels both received but 20 days still waiting for refund.No email response

I have returned items twice in the last few months and both times I have had to chase for the refund to be processed, there has no acknowledgement that items have been received back and if I had not remembered and chased this time I wo der if I woukd ever have got my money back as if had been several weeks

Returned one item and after a 28 day wait they refunded me for the item I had kept not the one I returned. Guess what- I had to prove I still had the other item. Sorted now but not good.

Refunds are very slow and customer service does not respond. I will only use proswimwear again for items such as goggles that I know I will keep.

Price, delivery and goods all ok; but sent query re sizing before purchase and didn't receive answer; bought Large size which is bigger than I'd have liked - it's ok, but doesn't seal as well as I'd like. Returns processed way more slowly than comparable companies like wiggle
Products arrive back at company and their policy is to refund within 14 working days which is 3 weeks why?
Product will be ready for resale way before then so company will have my money and the returned product for too long
Someone is making money on this in interest

Prices are good but you’ll have to wait over a week for delivery. I ordered the same pair of drag shorts twice under the impression the delivery would be within 48 hours as advertised. Also, returning items isn't straight forward if you need to do so. In the end, I ordered them off a different site for a more expensive price but for quicker delivery and less hassle.

I bought the same make and size of swimming jammer that I have at the moment, but the new ones were massively under size.I returned them and was refunded minus the postage. I did not receive an e-mail saying that I had been refunded until I inquired as to what was happening.

30 days to return an item for any reason.
But If the item is reduced in price the day after you receive it you cannot get a refund of the difference without returning the item to proswimwear and then have them send the same item back to you.
Any sensible professional company would just give a refund instead of insisting the item has a 600 mile round trip in a lorry, postal costs.CARBON FOOTPRINT

Delivery slower and less secure than expected, especially for an expensive delivery. Had to contact customer service for advice, nobody seemed to have any answers. Exchange policy is disappointing as they do not honour any voucher codes you may have used in your original purchase as the insistence is on refund and reorder - a clever strategy Will spend my £400 elsewhere.

I have now returned 3 Speedo racing suits in February 2019 and no money has been refunded. At £352 a suit that’s not good news. Can’t really comment on customer service as they are looking into this.

I live in Malawi. Rejecting the p.o. Box system makes it harder for things to get delivered in good time here. We don't use zip codes so the whole uses 265 and that just makes things confusing for us. Please reconsider.
