Items not delivered as house number was missing from delivery address,although it was in billing address. I e mailed Triumph twice to advise themof this prior to delivery but no action was taken and parcel force could not deliver. Have attempted to contact parcel force but found this extremely difficult. I have e mailed Triumph but as yet no reply. I do not know how to get my goods or refund.

I do not recommend ordering from this site. Products not received. No response from Triumph customer service to emails sent asking for updates to missing order. I usually buy Triumph bras in store. In view of the appalling customer service I will not order from Triumph online again and will be looking for a new brand for future lingerie purchases.

Ordered item. Received email to say delivery was delayed item out of stock. Emailed them saying wife had ordered wrong size so cancel order. No reply. Rang customer service, big mistake, banging head against brick wall. So will now wait for delivery and then either refuse delivery or accept and return item.
Massive waste . Will not use them ever again
