Triumph sent me a great offer 3-4-2 . I ordered 6 bras and paid for 4 . Triumph cancelled the order due to technical difficulties. So I placed the same order again and the same thing happened. The offer was only for a few days and by the time they let me know the second order was cancelled the offer had finished

Better stronger packaging needed. Box arrived open. contents had obviously been removed from box, handled and only 2 items out of 4 put back in box. The 2 remaining items were out of the tissue paper and grubby.

My box was delivered by Evri. It had a large hole 4"x4" in the side so that the tissue paper surrounding the bras was visible. There was no note from Triumph showing an order summary in the box. Unfortunately my order never arrived. Triumph site states it has been sent to Evri, but Evri site states it is still expecting a parcel from Triumph. It has been almost 10 days now sine my order.
I have shopped previously from Triumph online and has t had any problems whatsoever. I hope the issue will be resolved so I can give Triumph the better rating it certainly deserves.
