The Parcel delivery company Evri left my parcel pushed to one side of my garden gate under a hedge and I did not find it until days later and my bra was soaking wet!! I did not ask them to deliver it in this location.

Most of the sale items were not available in many sizes - what is the use of tempting people with offers when there is very little available? Triumph is expensive so some people need to grab bargains - there is a cost of living crisis going on you know.

Poorly packaged when it arrived. I spent almost £300 on underwear and it was just shoved in a cardboard box. I’m not sure I would order online again.
