Tried customer service and DPD to establish delivery time. 6 days . Too long for plants . Some dried out. Delivery notice was one hour on 6 th day. Very poor. DPD did not answer phone or provide any update on line

As informed by mail delivery to Ireland is about 4-5 working days after shipping, weekend not include. Your order left the Wednesday 04/09/2019 at night and was delivered the Monday 09/09/2019 (3rd working days). Plants in the dark automatically go dormant what you need to do when they arrived is just to hydrate them. Our phone line is available Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm CET.

Your comment does not reflect reality. You have received in all 2 parcels including one that was not for you and that you have kept as we had proposed. You tried to make problems and to get full refund but PayPal backed us up on our decision to refuse the refund.

You have received 3 hydrangeas plants who are begin to enter in the fall/autumn season. A stained or brown leaf on a branch is not synonymous with diseased or low quality plants, nature has always had cycles. Look around in the nature, the parks and your garden of course leaves are never completely immaculate except at the beginning of their growth.

Compared to the photo the plants received is in very bad shape.

You forget to say that the first parcel arrived late because the product was not available immediately and that the carrier did not find your address right away due to the zip code which is beyond our control. But a new replacement order from our company arrived immediately after with some new fresh plants. The positive is however set aside in your comment.

My item never arrived
I reported it to PayPal
Company initially said that they had no record of my purchase.
Later they informed me that the item was now out of stock.
They offered me a credit note.
I informed them that I would definitely not be ordering anything from them again and asked that they give a refund back on my card via PayPal.
They immediately emailed a credit note

I wouldn't have bought plants from this company. They have an Irish web address so I presumed that the order would arrive a couple of days after despatch from IRELAND.. It is now 4 working days and 1 non working day and I haven't receive the order, so I wonder how the plants will survive.

The shop has claimed that the order was cancelled by me. which is completely false they just have decided to not provide me, the customer with the goods that ive ordered. Absolute joke of a company and a waste of time to order from these imbiciles. They actually deserve a rating of 0 but thats not an option

The payment failed with Multisafepay and this is the reason why your order was automatically cancelled. Our company never cancels any order manually except on request of the customer in case of duplicate order or pending payment or cancellation desired.

The first part of the delivery was received today, and 10 of the 25 plants were dead or dying, with the remaining plants in extremely poor condition and nowhere near the height described. It is no clear from the website that the plants are being transported from the Netherlands and are a long time in transit. I am request a full refund

I am now waiting over two weeks for this delivery. Cannot get any response from them and cannot contact them. This is the worst service I have ever encountered from a so-called Irish Business.
Something is terribly wrong with this.

Awfull customer service. My box with plants arrived with broken flowerpots and broken leafes. After I complaind and send picture to CS they refunded me money only for 2 plants while I bought 6 and none was in good shape. Will never order from them again. I have send many photos and you could even see broken flowerpots as well but you act as the picture is not clear.

We are honest and transparent with our customers and refund the damages if they are visible. The Pilea was undoubtedly damaged, the Yucca was slightly damaged but refunded too. The cactus has not been unwrapped from its plastic, no sincere opinion can be issued. No other plants were visible, so we have refunded per concern and principle of doing well what was mentioned and seen in your email.
