Delivery and communication about order was very good. However the state of some of the products was poor. All of the hydrangeas, in two different orders seems to have been picked from the worst crop in the supplier centre. Very little foliage on them and the smaller ones that had more, some of the leaves were brown, falling off and some stems broken. Disappointing.

I received my order today and thought the packing was fine. However I had ordered 3 Picea gluaca Alberta Globe and one was brown 50% and another was 40% brown and not what I would pay for in a garden centre. I cannot believe you would have dispatched these two plants in this distressed state. The Maiko I ordered looks weak with withered leaves and will revert to you if this plant does not improve

I ordered 5 plants. The 2 indoor plants are okay. But 2 of the apple trees were in a very poor condition. The delivery took longer than normal probably because of covit 19 but I doubt they were in a good condition before they were packed.

Give the trees some days to recover from transit, please.They will appreciate immediately fresh air and water if they do not recover after few weeks once planted send photos evidence to our customer service we will be happy to replace or to refund.

As much as I am delighted to use this service I am considering not purchasing again. For my first order which I spent quite a bit on, my delivery was missing one batch of the red fairy Rose's. Ordered again another load of products and 2 batch of red fairy Rose's left short? In total I spend around 200 euros on 2 deliveries and in total left short 3 batches of those red fairy Rose's. Disappointing

Plants were not great quality and had wilted leaves on delivery. Hopefully they will recover. They were of lesser quality than one would get in a garden center for that price.

The reason why plants arrive dry is because we try to prevent them from sweating and developing fungus quickly during transit, also the extra moisture would potentially damage the packaging or even make them heavier and in turn the cost of the shipping would be much more. We advise watering upon arrival and give the time to recover from the shock of being in a dark box for a few days.

Some of the flowers didn't look so good by the time they got to me, maybe because of delay in delivery because of Covid-19. Apart from that they where fine..

My plants were in transit for to long have no idea if they will recover from the long period of darkness. Looked like they were just potted up they were all over the place in the box. Hopefully with a bit of love and care all will be good

Delivery was woeful, firstly it was left at an incorrect address, the box wasn't placed the right way up even though the instructions on the box said fragile & this way up.
A lot of the strawberries arrived out of their pots & were damaged, which must be due to the rough delivery. Unfortunately most my Evie 2 strawberries were the worst affected & died, bar 2 which I hope will survive.

It remains to be seen how the bulbs perform but the plants received were very sorry looking and haven’t improved much since planting.

The information sheet sent with the order was incomplete . Had no info on part of the order.

The plants always need to soak a little in the water once received in order to be re-hydrated after transit. In April plants cultivated outside just come out of dormancy period, you don't need to be worry about they are 1 year guaranteed.

Very disappointed to find tiny little plants in 2x2 square pots. It was never clear from the online order what size I was getting but you’d expect much larger plant when buying from a garden centre. we might see the plants flower in 2 summers at this rate

It’s good. Prices are reasonable but the quality of product needs to improve highly. I ordered 15 Magnolia plants. Most of the plants look like a joke. They look like small tiny stick standing On pot , hardly call a plant. Also few of them Already came out from the pot when delivered. But they easily can improve these matter with some little determination.

Our plants are nursery plants cultivated outside. In this month of October the weather is cold, rainy and grey the lack of light makes that the magnolias are less developed than the other years maybe, reassure you they are guaranteed until 2020 like all our perennials plants/shrubs and trees.

It is normal in September and even earlier in the season (especially when temperatures are 8ºC at night) that the leaves of plants change color and fall, autumn is here and it is undeniable. Rest assure we always offer 1 year guaranty, the plants will be beautiful again in the spring.

Relatively happy with my purchase, even if one of the plants looks like it was packed upside down & much of the soil had spilled out. Plants looked a little traumatized by their journey but I think they just need a little tlc. I'll hold off a full judgement of my purchase until my rose bushes take root & begin to settle into their new surroundings.

I am seriously disabled & asked the courier to bring the box of plants into my sitting room; he did not hut instead left them just inside my front door, thus barring egress & ingress for two days. THAT constitutes a major violation of Fire Regulations. Please tell your couriers about Disability Rights & fire safety I am pleased with my plants, but fearful of deliveryfearful, got that?
