They booked the money off my bankaccount with ideal. Never delivered the tickets. Had to book using creditcard for a funeral

They damaged my luggage. At the airport, asked to fill out a form on their website and attach photos. This form does not work. My emails are ignored. Disgusting company with disregard for customers.

I booked a flight,even paid for it from my bank
but on sunexpress site wasn't paid
So I would like to get my money back, and this is the second time this happend to me...
