Company shipped me item that was other than as indicated on its website. In order to return the item, OMG expects me to incur the shipping cost along with the customs duty that I paid. All told, it will cost me about $150 to return an item I paid $350 for. This is unfair!!! The mistake was theirs- they should cover the cost to return the item.

Ho ordinato due palline con incisione. L'incisione è stata fatta male, ma nessuno del Servizio Clienti si è premurato, prima di procedere, di avvisare che il lavoro non sarebbe stato svolto aregola d'arte. Una volta ricevuta la consegna, ho dovuto contattare io il servizio clienti per chiedere spiegazioni, e la risposta è stata sbrigativa ed insoddisfacente.

Glasses you received are very different from the website colors. For instance, I received a black glass while the pictures and description do not mention it and colors are bright on website. I was not happy with this piece. It is faulty, but a member of staff said basically that it couldnt be helped. Not so. It looks as though they have tried to palm me off with a factory second. The mouth is not finished off well and has gone wrong on the Picasso face piece.
I was told that this was to be expected when producing many pieces. Surely this should be reflected in the price?

Para lo que hemos pagado, esperabamos otra cosa, el grabado a mano muy deficiente, el texto no estaba ni rectas, las letras unas se ven mas que otras y nos hemos tenido que buscar la vida para pegar el soporte a la pieza, porque venian separados, ademas no venia ni en una cajita, no lo recomiendo, nos ha decepcionado
