Your job

You are the voice of Trusted Shops and, in this capacity, you help to extend the company’s market leadership. As a member of the Cologne telesales team your job is to acquire new customers within the United Kingdom and to sell our attractive products on the growing e-Commerce market. In particular, your job comprises:

• contacting new customers by e-mail and phone
• supporting and advising UK customers up until contract conclusion
• carrying out marketing campaigns
• managing both customer and contract data
• participating in trade fairs and other customer events

Our requirements

• native language: English; knowledge of German beneficial
• keen interest in the Internet and e-Commerce
• knowledge of the English market
• first professional experience in sales, ideally in e-Commerce
• successful completion of business management training
• strong communicative skills and a high level of ambition
• pronounced customer orientation
