Please note that you may only display logos in line with the Trusted Shops conditions of membership or after we have given permission. If you’re using them for print media, we’d be happy to receive a sample copy.
Using the Trusted Shops brand mark before it has been cleared with us is not permitted and can lead to injunctions from your competitors, i.e. you could receive a formal warning if you do this. In addition, using the brand mark before we have given permission constitutes a breach of the conditions of membership.
Buyer protection is an integral part of the Trusted Shops Trustmark. Remember to integrate it too!
